Howarth Morris are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join a market leading Property Development Group in Liverpool City Centre.

The business specialise in growth and regeneration, working in partnership with local authorities across the North West providing investment and development to local communities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the annual rent review and providing accurate and timely information to customers and leaseholders, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation for the Group and its members.
Provide finance support on rent for the group, building positive relationships with internal customers across the Group, providing accurate and timely financial information, guidance and support.
Lead on rent process review to maximise automation
Support in the development and maintenance of an efficient and effective accountancy function for the Group.
Contribute to the overall delivery of accountancy services and to make a proactive contribution to developing and improving services provided
Applicants will be Qualified or Part Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or QBE
Experience of working in a housing association
Evidence of and commitment to continual professional, leadership and personal development.
A successful track record of achievement in shaping and implementing effective tax efficiency systems and processes in a complex organisation
Strong analytical skills
Stakeholder management
High levels of IT Literacy
Staff management experience
