Dual role -
Sales order processor - who will be responsible for handling the flow of goods and services between our company and customers
Key Account Manager - to look after specific key accounts, making sure their account has the highest service level possible
Sales order processor - Account manager
Handling customer service issues and updating records
Account managing for specific accounts - excellent communication skills
Working closely with logistics to ensure the customer receives the correct items and being able to communicate to the highest level internally and with customers.
Ability to prioritize daily tasks, very strong organisation skills
Review sales data / reports
Cope under pressure to meet deadlines
Understanding customer accounts, credit check
** on the job training, training to include sales order processing on sage system - such as how to enter orders, allocate stock, pick and despatch.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£19,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
