Compliance Manager, Wiltshire

This is a superb and unique opportunity to join a long established law firm who covers both services for businesses and individuals.

The role focuses on compliance, regulatory matters, training and helping the team meet their CQS obligations and to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.

The role will also focus on looking at all aspects of training with regards to residential conveyancing, with particular focus on CQS and AML and you will ensure compliance with GDPR & advising the team of on data protection issues and best practice.

You will help shapr future direction of the firm and department and look to manage change where necessary.
You should have excellent interpersonal communication skills.

This may suit someone who has managed a conveyancing team but maybe wants to take a step back or has indeed recently taken a step back from a 100% fee earning role.

Applications will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Wiltshire (Swindon) area.
