We're looking for a talented SEO Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.

The Role:
As our SEO Executive, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our online presence.

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO plans that boost our website's rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase our online visibility.

This position requires a blend of content creation, keyword strategy, and technical SEO skills to drive organic traffic and engage our target audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough SEO audits for our websites to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO plans, including keyword research, link building, and content optimisation.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content creating highquality, SEOfriendly content.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes, including issues related to crawlability, site architecture, and page speed optimisation.
• Perform regular SEO audits and competitor analysis to identify and capitalise on opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with web developers to ensure that the website is optimised for search engines, including mobile optimisation, site speed, and architecture.
• Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, MOZ, or similar tools, and report on insights and trends, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Stay uptodate with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure our websites remain competitive in search rankings.
• Provide SEO insights and recommendations for websites enhancements.
• Manage linkbuilding plan to enhance our domain authority.
• Create and present regular reports on SEO progress and achievements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in SEO, with a strong background in both content and technical aspects, with a proven track record of improving SERP rankings and traffic.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations and how they impact SEO.
• Strong understanding of both onpage and offpage SEO factors, including content optimisation, link building, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, MOZ, Webmasters).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of content marketing and its role in SEO.
• Good analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate SEO principles effectively.

We are a leading events company organising corporate events, Hen and Stag parties, Group travel, It's a Knockout and Multi Activity days just to name a few.

As you can imagine with so many areas of the business, we also have quite a few brands, websites, and projects to work on and need a multi-talented SEO Executive to join the team.

Salary dependant on experience.
