HR enables the ongoing delivery of sustainable growth to the business.

The Global Organisation Effectiveness COE contributes to this through enabling business and HR leaders to evolve our organisation in a way that makes Diageo as effective as possible.

TheOrganisation Effectiveness (OE) team is on an exciting journey, partnering across the HRBP/HRD and HR COE communities to establish strategic workforce planning, build capability and help bring organisation effectiveness thinking into cross-functional transformationprogrammes that help drive our client's growth.

In addition, working closely with the HR Transformation and People Analytics teams, we're also planning out how best leverage systems, data, and insights to help achieve our goals.

The team currently consistsof the Global OE Director and two OE managers.

Role Overview

This role will work across all focus areas of the organisation effectiveness agenda and have the opportunity to help shape the future of organisation effectiveness at our client.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Design and run key components of the F24 workforce planning process including process, tools and guidelines and help shape how to further transform our workforce planning approach ahead of the F25 business planning process.
  • Build organisation design capability through contributing to the development of an OE toolkit, facilitating capability building sessions with HRBPs/HRDs and driving the setup of an organisation design/development community of practice
  • Provide organisation effectiveness advice and insight bringing together internal and external best practice
  • Develop proposals for key initiatives to drive forward the OE agenda and lead on delivery of these initiatives (example initiatives range from developing our approach to benchmarking, building a roadmap for OE KPIs, driving systems roadmap/pilotdevelopment)

Experience / skills required:


  • Strong project and change management skills
  • Experience in organisation design experience in strategic workforce planning a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights from data and action plans from data insights
  • Experience in process management and improvement
  • Strong problemsolving and influencing skills
  • Ability to build relationships across the organisation
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fastpaced environment
  • Able to pragmatically balance multiple demands
  • Strong selfstarter with the tenacity to successfully execute assigned projects
