SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE (TIK TOK, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, PINTEREST)
UP TP £28K

Working closely with the creative team to grow brand awareness over all social media channels. You will create social media content that helps shape and tell the brand story on our Social Media platforms.

Working at pace, you will be passionate about growing brands awareness, creating social media campaigns that create value above and beyond the brands products.


Supporting the Social team, you will create a highly engaged Social Media community and influencer audience on all Social channels.

You will support the wider ecommerce team to make sure social media campaigns are aligned with trading plans and product objectives


DUTIES
You will be working on the day-to-day management of social media channels, including
Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

  • This includes content creation, scheduling, reporting, and community and influencer management.
  • Manage the Social Media Campaign Calendar, working with the Marketing Manager to keep social campaign activity aligned with trading calendars.
  • As part of the social content strategy, you will work alongside the influencer team and the influencer gifting programme to get the most out of repurposing UGC.
  • Alongside scheduled content, responsive and live content creation is key to the brand. You will be passionate about jumping on new trends and opportunities for lives. Daily, create reactive content
    on Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram, that responds to social trends.

Community management will be a daily responsibility, creating an authentic and genuine relationship with the brands followers and influencers, and maintaining brand voice at all times.

This involves

making sure Customer Service and Influencer queries are answered in a timely fashion, along with providing a positive daily interaction with our social media followers.


  • Brief social content asset creation into the creative team, collaborating to plan and create content for social media.
  • Meet regularly with the social content creation team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Help shape the brand TOV on social channels, making sure it is aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Circulate to the wider business social media content and campaigns that you are proud of.
  • Help shape the social media campaign and content strategy.
  • Support the Senior Social Media Executive with insights on channel performance, using Google Analytics and inapp insight, suggesting opportunities.
  • Be aware of trends in social media content creation, and present these in team meetings.

PLANNING
Organisation of daily workload, including prioritisation

  • Populate the Social Media Calendar and work in advance
  • Record costs
  • Feed into the organic Social media strategy for each quarter
  • Manage the briefing process for creative asset production & photography
  • Plan at least 2 quarters ahead
  • Adhere to our brand guidelines ensuring onsite content is on brand and produced in a customer focused manner

  • Suggest any new tools or processes for developing communication

ESSENTIAL TO HAVE
2 + years experience wokring in Social Media for successful online fashion / homeware/beauty brands
- app editing, such as Meta Creator Studio and Tik Tok Creative Centre**:

  • Use of Google Analytics, in-app insights
  • Product knowledge and understanding of the homeware market
  • A clear understanding of who our customer is and what their expectations are
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
  • Excellent people skills and ability to negotiate
