We seek a Qualified Nurse Associate to support our registered nursing team in delivering person-centred, holistic, compassionate care to residents in our Care Home.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the resident's healthcare journey.

The Nurse Associate will be expected to plan and prioritise their workload, contribute to care planning and reviews, wound care, catheter care, and administer medications as prescribed.

They will be expected to work within the policies and procedures of the home and complete any work-based training and associated competency required by the role.

The Nursing Associate will advocate for all individuals in their care, upholding the NMC standards in all interactions.

The post is full-time on days.


Salary:
£23,753.73-£31,671.64 per year
