The Senior Operations Manager role:


  • To support the 6 Registered Branch Managers
  • Oversee management of 7 services
  • To keep branch managers and staff motivated and to hit targets
  • To report in to the Directors

Required competencies from the Senior Operations Manager:

  • Multi-site management
  • Has managed large volumes of care before
  • Organisation
  • Excellent knowledge of domiciliary care and/or reablement services
  • Commercial awareness a proven track record of growth
