About the job:


To deliver demonstratable good service to clients at every stage of the client journey from prospect to renewal and beyond.

To provide administration support to colleagues where needed.


Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
To provide the highest quality service and advice to clients.

To provide administration support to colleagues in order that we deliver a demonstrably good service to clients.

Working closely with the team members to complete defined tasks in support of the client service and broking processes.

Providing demonstrable proactive service to clients, internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Working to business operational standards, policy and processes at all times.

To manage daily tasks as determined by your line manager.

To look for opportunities to satisfy client needs with other services and products, supported by colleagues if needed.

To maintain own learning and CPD.

Alignment with Partners& values (PACE).


Qualifications:
To obtain CERT CII qualification via the apprenticeship route in the defined time allowed

A minimum of 5 GCSE's passes at grade 4 or above, including English & Maths


Experience/Skills:

  • Excellent communication and administration skills.
  • Ability to organize workflow, prioritising tasks and managing own time.
  • Basic IT skills with a curiosity to develop these.
  • A desire to learn and develop within a financial services environment
  • A client centric approach to working with clients, insurers and other members of the Partners& ecosystem

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship


Salary:
From £15,500.00 per year
