New opportunity to join a successful CRM agency in Bristol working with some of the world's biggest brands
The agency is seeking a talented and experienced Client Partner to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the largest client account and delivering successful CRM campaigns.

The agency works with some of the biggest brands in the world, producing beautifully creative and effective CRM campaigns.

As the Client Partner, you will be the glue that holds the account together. You will be leading the client account. This means directing a multi-disciplined agency team to deliver success for the client across a wide scope of work.

Delivering against development strategies and sales and profitability targets for the agency in line with their goals and business plan.


Your responsibilities will include

  • Owning and maintaining excellent clientagency relationships with stakeholders
  • Leading the presentation of major proposals or project work to clients at senior levels
  • Overseeing and directing the scope and budget across the client
  • Creating and maintaining a strategic client development plan
  • Identifying opportunities and investment required to secure profitable longterm growth with clients
  • Proposing targets for sales and profit
  • Securing approval from the Board based on the rationale for the client and the sales growth potential for the agency
  • To be considered for this role, you must have
  • Previous experience working at a Client Partner level within a marketing agency
  • Core understanding of CRM
  • Proven experience of managing client relationships at senior levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Confidence to present to clients and stakeholders at Senior & Board level.

Salary:
Up to £85,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Account management: 1 year (preferred)
