Are you a talented
EA and Board Assistant, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can provide efficient administration to senior members of staff including Directors and Trustee Board? If so then you could be perfectfor my client, a thinktank based in London, which seeks to implement ideas for social action.

This is perm role, ASAP start. It will be hybrid working with 4 days in the office near Marble Arch Station (W1H)


The Role:
As the
EA and Board Assistant you will report to Operations Manager. You will be doing the following tasks;

  • Organise annual programme of meetings of the main Board and its Committees.
  • Responsible for timely formation and distribution of Board and Committee packs.
  • Help organise and coordinate key internal meetings as well as help to develop agendas and support following up on key actions.
  • Ensure the diaries of senior members of staff are effectively managed, including arranging meetings and managing enquiries.
  • Deal with finance requests including invoices, expenses and credit card statements.
  • Organise, contract meetings and additional and ad hoc meetings.
  • Attend all Board and Committee meetings, acting as minute taker to the Trustee Board and its Committees.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels of seniority, including our most senior stakeholders and important external partners
  • Collaborative and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. A brilliant organiser
  • Minutetaking expertise
  • Efficient diary management ability
