Description
We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant to join our regional Facilities team.You will be required to assist with the day-to-day maintenance requirements across our office, retail and service operations and ensure all work is carried out in a timely manner.
This role will cover Hampshire and surrounding areas, however the base location of the role is flexible, and the role will have access to a service van.
The Opportunity:
- Carry out any maintenance works reasonably requested by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Group Facilities Manager on Hendy properties that do not contravene health and safety or any other legal requirements.
- Monitor any maintenance works that may need attention on a Hendy site and advise the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Group Facilities Manager as soon as possible of any found requirement.
- General site maintenance and repair, including: tidying, gardening and painting etc.
- From timetotime, liaise with third party agents in the maintenance or upgrade to facilities.
