With Offices in London and Oxford, this represents a great opportunity for a Probate Specialist to join a city standard Tax Trusts and Estates team with working cultures associated with firms much smaller.

The Role


This L500 firm are looking to recruit a Probate Associate 3 PQE or Probate Specialist who specialises in all matters relating to probate and estate administration.

This role sits within their tier 1 ranked Tax, Trusts and Succession Group of the Private Client Division in their Oxford office.


In this role you will be dealing with complex intestacies, Inheritance Tax payable estates, cross-border succession and Deeds of variation.

The estates in question will often be complex, involving trusts and inheritance tax planning, and of high value.

This will be a hands-on role where you will be at the forefront of the department working closely with the departments Partners and Senior Lawyers.


Requirements:


  • You will be a
    Probate Associate of 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit)
