Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Baggage Handler to join our team.

As a Baggage Handler, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling baggage and cargo at airports or other transportation hubs.

Your role will involve loading and unloading luggage, ensuring proper handling and storage, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

Load and unload baggage onto carts, conveyor belts, or other transportation vehicles
Transfer baggage between terminals, aircraft, or other designated areas
Ensure that baggage is properly tagged and labeled for accurate routing
Operate equipment such as baggage tugs, dollies, and carts to transport luggage
Assist passengers with oversized or heavy items
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
Maintain cleanliness and organization in baggage handling areas
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Baggage Handler or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze information effectively
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and passengers
Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
