The Role
We have a vacancy for a Hire Controller at our Alton Office (GU34 4JF)

Basic hours are 7.30am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

The core responsibilities are as follows:

• Deal with incoming Hires & Off Hires
• Maintain our Hire Desk Software
• Dealing effectively with day to day issues & resolving promptly
• Arranging & Managing Operators
• Arranging Transport for Plant
• Arranging/Working alongside our Mechanics to get breakdowns resolved
• Maintaining & Building Customer Relationships

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in a telephonebased customer service and/or sales role
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure
• Negotiation skills
• Able to work as part of a team

Salary:
£27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
