JOIN THE EXPRESS TAXIS TEAM


Express Taxis is the largest and busiest taxi company in the Falkirk district, working for and trusted by our community for over 60 years.

We're thrilled to announce that we're currently looking for people to join our control room team

We are looking for backshift and nightshift controllers, based in our office in Falkirk.

  • Answer inbound calls from customers,
  • Manage transport bookings and enquiries, and enter them correctly into the computer system.
  • Ensure that all logistics are managed efficiently and professionally.
  • Dispatch work and respond to driver enquiries.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Schedule:


  • Back shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekends
  • Experience working in a customer service role.
  • Friendly, with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Confident using a PC and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure, in a busy and fastpaced environment.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Punctuality and dependability.
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns.
