As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.


WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES?


As our Junior Graphic Designer, you'll be collaborating closely with Lead Graphic Designer to assist in creating branding and design projects.

Your role will involve developing captivating visual identities for multiple brands, spanning across branding, packaging, print, photography, and web design.


You will also:

  • Working closely with the lead graphic designer, creating design for all instore and restaurant collateral (signage, menus, flyers, posters, POS collateral, window displays, event menus, etc.)
  • With help of the lead designer, creating content for all presentations, decks, landlord packs and brochures.
  • Take a central role in gathering the information in the menu development process and ensuring everyone is adhering to timeline required. Work with culinary to ensure allergens and dietaries are accurate at all times.
  • Ensure that designs are consistent, accurate and to the highest standard.
  • Liaising with external printers and contractors to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
  • Any other design related tasks that may came up as part of the wider business.
  • Communicating with onsite team members on stock levels, ordering retail packaging and advising on usage.
  • Overseeing comms and operations with suppliers, contractors and printers to target deadlines and to budget.
  • Managing print deadlines.
  • Ensuring that documentation, imagery and presentation are filed in accordance with inhouse standards

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • Previous experience in professional artwork creation, proofing, editing or retouching.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent creativity and artistic skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exemplary time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferrable, but a keen interest in restaurants and food is a must.
