Bonasystems works with businesses from a wide variety of sectors, to reduce slip risk in a practical, sustainable and cost-effective way.

Our approach is evidence-based, often starting with a diagnosis of current slip risk values using the HSE approved pendulum test, and then working together with our customers to design the most effective set of interventions, changes, and products, to maximize slip risk reduction.

Working within a customer interfacing role, you will be the first point of contact for Clients and Customers orders.


Requirements:


  • Must be able to build customer relationships and fulfil orders
  • Reliability and personal integrity are essential.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours if required to support.
  • Support other sites if required.
  • Must be willing to work as part of a team and demonstrate individual initiative.
  • Must be willing to travel on occasions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous knowledge of Microsoft and Sage desirable but not essential.
  • Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with existing client base
  • Process customer orders from point of order to invoice
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Planning installation works with all parties and completing test paperwork
  • Weekly generated reporting
  • Manage customer and accreditation portals
  • Management of stock levels
  • Process new customer credit forms
  • Manage inboxes
  • Answer telephone

Salary:
£21,674.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
