QUALITY & REVIEWING OFFICER required for a small, friendly but busy office on Whitehills Business Park.The Company delivers support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and / or Mental Health needs
Completing assessments for new referrals
Completing person centred internal reviews for existing customers
Supporting the Quality Lead with;
- Implementation of the Quality monitoring plan
- Customer Engagement
- Customer & Stakeholder Feedback
Managing and co-ordinating monthly reporting on quality issues
Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations in relation to Quality, Reviews and Assessments
Looking for cost-reduction and business improvement opportunities.
Job Types:

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Quality management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
