Role summary:

We are looking for a skilled policy/market research professional to join our Research, Insight and Thought Leadership Team.

The team is responsible for undertaking appropriate research that supports business decision-making and positions NHS Professionals as a leading provider of flexible workforce solutions to the NHS.


Skills/Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the Director of Research, Insight and Thought Leadership this role will ensure that NHS Professionals' people stay abreast of all changes and developments in the NHS policy landscape and the resourcing market in which they operate.
- enable NHS Professionals to share its knowledge and experience of working with the flexible workforce in a way that benefits the wider NHS.

To be successful in this post you will need to;

  • Undertake both primary and secondary research and manage research projects that are undertaken by third parties
  • Be data savvy, able to analyse, interpret and present data in a way that is consumable by different stakeholders in the business
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and be unafraid to present complex information to senior stakeholders
  • Be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in, and/or experience of, public policy and health
  • Be selfmotivated and comfortable with working out of a home office environment
