Description
Bardwood Support Services are now offering a great opportunity and are hiring Security Officers.

We are looking for officers that can demonstrate confidence, experience, drive, flexibility, and determination to deliver an effective and efficient service.


Shift pattern:
Week 1 Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00

Week 2 Monday - Friday, 13:00 - 21:00

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00


Pay Rates:
£10.49


Location:
Chelmsford


As a security officer, your duty will be to protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions and any subsequent changes.


Role requirements:

  • Communication must be to the highest standards
  • Customer focus must be to the highest standards
  • 5year checkable work/career history.

Essential skills needed:

  • Experience in a similar role, would be an advantage
  • Physically fit to undertake given tasks
  • Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure
  • Effective Communicator
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
  • The ability to work independently or as a team
  • Health and safety awareness and knowledge
  • Knowledge of relevant procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills
