**Employee Relations Adviser - 6 months - London- Hybrid Immediate start**Yolk Recruitment have teamed up with a leading health care organisation who are widely recognised They are looking for n Employee Relations Adviser who will use their expertise to enhance the skill set in the organisation.
- **The ideal Employee Relations Adviser will be:
- Use a coaching style to ensure managers take responsibility for and are supported in the HR management aspects of their roles
- Reviewing cases that are logged for the Panel and assess if the cases should be managed informally
What you will bring to the role:
The ideal Employee Relations Adviser will:
- Have a CIPD or equivalent qualification
- Political Awareness
- A detailed and up to date knowledge of employment law
- Have a proven ability to effectively manage a range of situations that may evoke a high level of emotional reaction.
What you will get in return:
- £16.96 an hour
