**Employee Relations Adviser - 6 months - London

Hybrid Immediate start**Yolk Recruitment have teamed up with a leading health care organisation who are widely recognised They are looking for n Employee Relations Adviser who will use their expertise to enhance the skill set in the organisation.

**What you will be doing:
- **The ideal Employee Relations Adviser will be:

Use a coaching style to ensure managers take responsibility for and are supported in the HR management aspects of their roles
Reviewing cases that are logged for the Panel and assess if the cases should be managed informally

What you will bring to the role:

The ideal Employee Relations Adviser will:

Have a CIPD or equivalent qualification
Political Awareness
A detailed and up to date knowledge of employment law
Have a proven ability to effectively manage a range of situations that may evoke a high level of emotional reaction.

What you will get in return:

£16.96 an hour
Office hours with the potential to work hybrid
Potential flexible hours
