Objectives

  • Support the Senior Partner and HoO team as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support the SL team, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
  • Manage communications with employees and the SL team on various projects and tasks.
  • Providing adhoc support when appropriate to the SL team.

Responsibilities include (not limited to)

  • Extensive calendar and diary management for the SL team where appropriate
  • Screen and direct phone calls for the SL Team where appropriate
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
  • General administrative support
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues where required
  • Manage, oversee and/or collaborate on business projects
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Involvement with recruitment
  • Arranging dinners, social events etc
  • Researching new business projects
  • Payroll support and reconciliation of external invoices.

Required skills and qualifications

  • At least 12 months within an administrative role that has supported management and leaders with meeting objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong timemanagement skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and tackle new challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively.
