The role:

Opportunity for a skilled Commercial Property Partner 8 years PQE to join a highly ranked Real Estate practice based in Southampton, Hampshire.

This opportunity entails being part of a substantial team of 10, including two senior partners with over 20 years of PQE, three senior associates, two trainees, and support staff.

The role will encompass managing a comprehensive caseload from initial instruction to post-completion, covering all aspects of real estate matters such as landlord and tenant work, development, real estate finance, sales and acquisitions, and much more.
