What is the opportunity?:
This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in financial services. Northridge is unique in that we offer an end to end experience. Starting from the intermediary interaction to dealing with the end customer and everything in-between. Upskill opportunities are readily available which means internal progression is an everyday reality within Northridge Finance.
Please notes this is a 12 month position.
In this role you will -:
- Perform accurate & effective data capture in a fast paced environment
- Confidently manage & service intermediaries via incoming phone calls.
- Be flexible in relation to working hours, we operate an out of hours service on a rota basis. Opening hours are Mon-Thurs 97, Fri 96, Sat & Sun 10
- Provide support to other areas if business volume requires.
