We are a small family owned business established in 2012.


As a Customer Service Assistant you will be our first point of contact with Patients and so it's essential you are patient as most of our customers are elderly.

You must enjoy meeting and helping people.

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in reception and/or administration.

You will have exceptional people skills, be polite, courteous and confident and have a friendly approach and excellent communication skills.

You will be looking after Patient enquiries either face-to-face or over the phone.

We will provide you with training on all products and aftercare as well as our clinical services.

This role is heavily IT based. You must be fully conversant with Outlook, Excel and Word. You will be highly organised and able to manage busy practitioners diaries.

Your duties will include the following:

  • Answering the telephone and looking after walk in enquiries
  • Managing the practitioner diaries for appointments for ear wax removal and hearing aids
  • Processing hearing aid and noise protection orders and repairs
  • Coordinating all patient aftercare
  • Working with our online Patient Management system
  • Telephoning our database to book hearing assessments and service aftercare
  • Invoicing and handling payments
  • COV-ID cleaning measures in between patient visits

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
