Architectural Project Assistant
Working as part of the Operations Team to assist with the co-ordination of Architectural Projects carried out within various environments.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of quotations and tender packages.
- Receive Client Purchase Orders and progress to Project, arranging necessary materials, tools, and workforce.
- Communicating with multiple discipline subcontractors.
- Assist with preparation of detailed Workscopes and Workpacks for Projects.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Technical experience an advantage.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Familiar with Health and Safety requirements, Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments and Method Statements.
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
Qualifications/Experience
- Preferably possess Project Coordination experience.
- Preferably possess experience in construction or marine industry.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
