Description

Architectural Project Assistant


Working as part of the Operations Team to assist with the co-ordination of Architectural Projects carried out within various environments.


Key Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of quotations and tender packages.
  • Receive Client Purchase Orders and progress to Project, arranging necessary materials, tools, and workforce.
  • Communicating with multiple discipline subcontractors.
  • Assist with preparation of detailed Workscopes and Workpacks for Projects.

Required Skills:


  • Good communication skills.
  • Technical experience an advantage.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiar with Health and Safety requirements, Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Preferably possess Project Coordination experience.
  • Preferably possess experience in construction or marine industry.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
