TWILIGHT YEARS are looking for:

Due to constant expansion we are looking for:

Full Time Care Coordinator to support our community care team.

Your hours of work will be:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (With paid lunch break)

Out of hours cover evenings & weekends on a rota basis

Want to make a difference to people's lives
Be compassionate, empathetic and caring
Provide excellent customer service

You will need:

Previous experience within the care sector is essential
Strong administration skills
Excellent communication skills, verbally and telephone
To work on a solo basis and within a team environment
Excellent organisational skills as time management is a real aspect of this post
A high level of confidentiality
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work accurately with attention to detail is crucial, in particular note taking
Good computer skills and familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
To provide an Out of Hours service on a rota basis

and:

A driving licence is essential
You will be 18yrs old or older (essential to meet mandatory requirements)
Undergo Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service checks.
Have the Right to Work in the UK
