  • We work with a wide range of securitised assets, including residential mortgages of all types, commercial real estate finance (including development lending), trade receivables, unsecured consumer lending, autos, SME and credit cards. We act on warehouse lending, public securitisations, forward flow transactions and portfolio sales and purchases, with a good balance between traditional securitisation and novel and innovative structures.
  • We look for excellent technical lawyers who can also take a commercial approach, thinking questions through from the ground up and finding practical solutions to achieve the desired outcome for our clients.
  • We have won multiple awards and act on some of the highest profile deals in the market including, for example, the securitisation of Virgin Atlantic's London Heathrow landing slot portfolio.
  • We also act for some of the most exciting new fintech clients, such as LendInvest and the FT's fastest growing European Company Blue Motor Finance.
  • We are described by Chambers UK 2021 as offering "highquality advice at all levels", "very responsive" and "exceptionally competent". Our lawyers are "collaborative, understand where we are coming from and they pull up the key commercial points.
