Description
My client is an innovator at the leading edge of Web3, Metaverse and VR. They have a prestigious and rapidly growing customer base of global household name brands.

To maximise their exposure and potential, I am working with them to recruit a new role, Headof Marketing, to develop and implement a marketing strategy, and create and lead a new marketing team.


The job offers a starting salary of £70-90K p.a., bonus and pension, and hybrid working, at least one day a week at their London offices.


This position would suit a marketing manager with proven experience in creating and implementing a marketing strategy, and interest in, and ideally a knowledge of, Web3, Metaverse and or VR.

Primary responsibilities as Head of Marketing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Web3, Metaverse and VR products
  • Research and analyse market trends to identify target markets
  • Monitor and review marketing activities and results and create reports for the management team
  • Develop the brand narrative and online presence
  • Recruit and manage a new marketing team that will be responsible for research, analysis, content creation, UX, and PR agency engagement and management
Required skills and experience for the Head of Marketing

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role
  • Created and driven omnichannel/multichannel marketing programmes
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to manage and motivate a marketing team
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Exceptional written English language skills
Ideal skills and experience for Head of Marketing

  • Knowledge and understanding of Web3, Metaverse or VR and how it applies to business
  • Experience across multiple sectors, including direct to consumer
