Our client is a leading Investment Manager with over $80bn AUM who are looking for an Investor Relation Associate to Join their team in London.

The Investor Relations team is responsible for all client relationship, capital raising, and marketing activities to clients and prospects globally.

The role:

Actively participate in the capital raising process to drive efficiencies and improve client relations
Create and update marketing materials and presentations used to promote the business and products to existing and prospective clients globally.
Write and coordinate RFP and RFI responses, working closely with the responsible fund team, client relationship manager, other members of IR, and legal & compliance.
Support the IR team in addressing client requests and promoting new products.
Real estate background or strong interest preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to drive initiatives and work to tight and competing deadlines.
Project management skills with ability to gather and collate information efficiently from a variety of sources, organise deadlines and anticipate requests.
Strong numerical, analytical and problemsolving abilities.
High attention to detail and quality.
