What you will be doing

Planning and delivering our market leading true life events programme. Supporting both onsite and offsite events.
Building relationships with local bars, restaurants and businesses to support true life.
Providing visual/social content from true life events and managing the accommodations closed facebook page
You are a welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
You will be a key point of contact for our guests answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints.
Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
Accommodation show arounds/welcome tours.
Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections

You will be friendly and fun with a positive personality.
Able to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the business.
You will have previous front facing, customer service experience in a similar role.
Self motivated, professional, resilient, adaptable & fun
A strong ability to problem solve, multitask, plan & organise
Social media savvy with a creative eye for content
Ensures a high standard of appearance at all times

37.5 hrs a week 5 days over 7

Work remotely

£10.50 per hour
