What you will be doing:
The finance team are looking for an experienced Credit Control team to join their successful department permanently.
You will be given all the tools and support you expect to have in a business. You won't be left on your own but at the same time won't be micro-managed.

Without teaching you how to suck eggs, the role of a credit controller will be set on your ledger with a real mix of cash collection and cash allocation.

Some accounts that you'll be managing will be huge whereas some will be smaller, but they don't differentiate them here, they are a client, and they all get treated the same.

You'll be a natural at building relationships and nurturing existing ones with a confidentpersonality.
As an experienced Credit Controller, you will know that now two days will be the same, there will be nice conversations had but on occasion some difficult decisions will have to be made, so you'll need some form of backbone to push back on relationships thatmay be taking advantage of their status
