An exciting opportunity to work at a leading financial company with Lead Business Analyst and Business Analyst roles available. They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as well as strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Permanent role with fully flexible working (2 days a month into the office) based in Gloucester.

Skills & Experience required:

Previous Business Analyst experience is desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively about alternative solutions/options.
Strong attention to detail and methodological in approach.
Experience of Agile tooling, working on digital projects.
