This Salesforce Partner, who specialise in the implementation and improvement of CRM systems, are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their rapidly expanding team.

Key responsibilities:_
Identify and gather requirements from clients to ensure that they are effectively using and updating their Salesforcebased systems
Support and suggest new projects for the continued improvement of client platforms to utilise new features
Gather requirements at board level from stakeholders to convert to a technical roadmap for improvement and evolution of their CRM systems
Deliver upon requirements, including developing functional design, configuration, continuous deployment and testing
You will be responsible for endtoend configuration and change management of client systems when improvements are implemented following an Agile/Scrum methodology
Run workshops with users to advise them on how to use the system most effectively
Manage multiple projects across different clients and instances
Act as an influential member of the consultancy team to aid in knowledge transfer and improvement as part of an innovative environment
Essential Requirements:_
Strong handson Salesforce experience is required with end to end configuration skills
An indepth declarative knowledge of the platform, particularly surrounding flows
Businessfacing capabilities and ability to engage with and gather requirements from key stakeholders is a must
Clear and concise communication skills
A desire to learn more and willingness to throw yourself into new platforms and technologies
Salesforce Certifications would be preferred, but not a necessity
Desired Requirements:_
Strong process builder and workflow creation expertise
Experience of managing up to 4 projects at once
Bachelors degree in an ITrelated discipline
