If you're a highly organised eCommerce coordinator (or administrator), keen to make a difference within a small businessand you're searching for an opportunity to use your outstanding organisational skills then this is the role for you.


At No Ordinary Gift we design, make and manufacture all of our products in house - making and dispatching between 150 and 1000+ products per day to the end consumer.

All of our products are made to order in our Banbury-based studio.


We are creative but we rely heavily on automation, systems and processes to deliver consistency and accuracy and so we're looking for a passionate, like-minded individual to join our team.


About you:

Responsibilities include:


  • Delivering all administrative aspects of the new product process

This includes:

creating new product listings and CSV product upload sheets with accuracy, liaising with buyers and account managers to deliver new products to 3rd party platforms in line with the critical path.


  • Ownership of all product listings across multiple ecommerce channels, maintaining stock, lead times and product accuracy.
  • Managing our central product database to ensure we have an accurate central data source.
  • Customer Service (approx 78 hrs per week): Responding to enquiries, assisting customers and pricing bespoke orders.
  • Developing and improving our customer service processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and overseeing the outsourcing of customer service operations when necessary and during peak times.

Requirements:


  • Data literacy & proficient with excel and spreadsheets
  • Excellent, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Logical and efficient, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
  • Experience in a similar eCommerce role.
  • Experience working within a customerfocused role.

  • Ownership of all ecommerce channel databases: liaising with buyers and account managers, you will be responsible for coordinating between the internal team and external platforms.
  • Ownership of the new product listing process. This includes creating product listings across platforms as well as creating and maintaining process documentation for all sales platforms and taking responsibility for the outsourcing of product listings where necessary.
  • Developing and coordinating the process for product updates across platforms and leading the team to deliver updates on schedule.
  • Running reports daily to monitor pricing and stock levels and ensuring these are maintained and updated.
  • Customer Service: Responding to enquiries and assisting customers, pricing bespoke orders and coordinating with production on wedding and corporate orders.
  • Developing and improving our customer service processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and overseeing the outsourcing of customer service operations when necessary and during peak times.
