• A proactive selfstarter who demonstrates initiative and is willing to learn
• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and develop relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism
• Shows attention to detail as well as being flexible and open to feedback
• Experience of working with data to source, format and clean using excel/google sheets
• Knowledge of CRM, Marketing automation and data enhancement platforms useful
• Confidence in learning new technologies
• Work well under pressure
