JOB DESCRIPTION
- General admin for Finance and HR
- Entering purchase invoices onto the finance system
- Review and crosschecking Hamper supplier invoice data on excel and investigating discrepancies using company CRM system
- Entering foreign currency invoices onto excel
- Generate B2B invoices and send electronically or by post to customers
- Supplier payments
- Archiving and filing
- Credit control
- Organising or assist to Organise office parties and meeting arrangements
- Bank receipts
- Sales
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Business understanding
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- The ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative
- Be flexible and willing to help others when required
