JOB DESCRIPTION

  • General admin for Finance and HR
  • Entering purchase invoices onto the finance system
  • Review and crosschecking Hamper supplier invoice data on excel and investigating discrepancies using company CRM system
  • Entering foreign currency invoices onto excel
  • Generate B2B invoices and send electronically or by post to customers
  • Supplier payments
  • Archiving and filing
  • Credit control
  • Organising or assist to Organise office parties and meeting arrangements


  • Bank receipts

  • Sales
