Description

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate reporting accountant to step into a specialist fund management company with a strong expansion history and forecasting continued growth in a multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Oversee planning for the annual and interim financial reporting processes, including timetabling, management of audit process, board updates and internal sign offs
Delivery of Annual and Interim Financial statements in tandem with the deputy Head of Finance and Head of Finance as well as the delivery of trading updates and regulatory reporting
Support finance workstreams on corporate projects: acquisitions, etc.
Oversee all tax related matters and issues with Head of Finance: corporation tax, VAT, PAYE, overseas.

Regulatory Responsibilities:

Support Head of Finance in relation to Client Money SMF responsibilities

Qualifications:

Recognised Accounting Qualification, ACA, ACCA, CIMA (Essential)

Desirable:

Top 10 firm trained
MS Office suite; considered desirable.

Salary:

£85k - £90k dependant on experience
