ASA Recruitment are seeking passionate, enthusiastic and kind-hearted individuals to work with our amazing network of Care Assistant within the Renfrewshire area including Foxbar, Erskine and Johnstone.


Full time and part time opportunities are available which means your working hours can be flexible to fit around any commitments you may have.

As a Care Assistant no two days will be the same but the support you provide will:

  • Support the elderly and their families by building rapport daily
  • Have a positive impact within the care home by working well within a team
  • Build safe and trusting relationships with the residents
  • Encourage residents to take part in day-to-day social activities to keep them active and socialising
