An exciting opportunity to join a
Real Estate Management Consultancy based in the City of London.

My client is entering a dynamic growth phase although has a very strong legacy of almost 25 years of experience operating in this space.

THE ROLE

Due to growth, my client is on the hunt for a dynamic
Project Coordinator, someone who would relish the opportunity to provide support in the delivery of Real Estate client projects.

Alongside the coordination, the role will include plenty of stakeholder engagement with Clients, Real Estate Project Consultant and Director's within the business.

You will act as the lynch pin, a strong connection between senior management, client groups and the project resource people.

This a demanding but satisfying position where frequent national and some international travel will be required, the role is office based when not working on-site at client locations.

Attend onsite property inspections
Preparing the senior team for client meetings
Project and business meeting research
Reading core project documentation, extracting key information
Instigating actions around critical dates in contracts
Manage project documentation
Liaising directly with existing and future clients
Electronically tracking and coordinating projects through internal platforms
