**Payroll Administrator£22k-£25k per annum
Colchester, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm**

Duties:
- Coordination and calculation of multiple client payrolls
- Process client payroll in line with internal procedures and legislative requirements
- Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data
- Creating and maintaining employee records
- Reporting to HMRC in line with RTI requirements
- Issue statutory forms in line with legislation (P60s, P45s)
- Liaising with HMRC to reconcile PAYE accounts and resolve payment queries
- Processing and providing internal contacts with required reports
- Processing payroll calculations to include statutory payments such as SSP, SMP etc
- Processing monthly C.I.S returns
- Automatic enrolment workplace pension management and uploads
- Payroll & C.I.S reconciliation
- Liaising with both internal and external contacts
- Compliance with Data Protection Act 2018 & GDPR requirements
- Such other duties temporarily or on a continuing basis as may be reasonably required
- Excellent customer service

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
