**Payroll Administrator
£22k-£25k per annum
Colchester, Essex

Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm**

Duties:


  • Coordination and calculation of multiple client payrolls
  • Process client payroll in line with internal procedures and legislative requirements
  • Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data
  • Creating and maintaining employee records
  • Reporting to HMRC in line with RTI requirements
  • Issue statutory forms in line with legislation (P60s, P45s)
  • Liaising with HMRC to reconcile PAYE accounts and resolve payment queries
  • Processing and providing internal contacts with required reports
  • Processing payroll calculations to include statutory payments such as SSP, SMP etc
  • Processing monthly C.I.S returns
  • Automatic enrolment workplace pension management and uploads
  • Payroll & C.I.S reconciliation
  • Liaising with both internal and external contacts
  • Compliance with Data Protection Act 2018 & GDPR requirements
  • Such other duties temporarily or on a continuing basis as may be reasonably required
