Now is an exciting time to be joining UnitedResponse.
We are a unique, national organisation that delivers localised, tailored support.

We are now putting ourlong-term plan in to action, creating new and innovative ways of generating income to provide specialist support workers, community engagement opportunities, employment & education services and housing.

This exciting role will support the delivery of this plan,promoting United Response's Fundraising activity both internally and externally.

The role will help to ensure that Fundraising activity is compliant, effective and engaging and will ultimately increase funding to benefit the people we support across the country.


Primary Areas of Responsibility:


_ Events_:


  • To further develop a portfolio of local and national challenge events to increase third party fundraising income.
  • To increase the number of United Response participants in each event.
  • To steward participants to help them achieve maximum sponsorship.
  • To support the Fundraisers with the organisation of fundraisingled events.
  • To attend events with the Fundraising team, when required.

_ Stewardship_:


  • To provide excellent relationship management and stewardship of our supporters and volunteers.
  • To ensure supporter data and communications are recorded and stored correctly on our CRM database, in line with GDPR regulations.
  • To help identify opportunities for our supporters and volunteers to engage with events and United Responseled activities.
  • To ensure all supporters are thanked in an appropriate and timely manner.

_Communication_

  • To help raise the profile of Fundraising within United Response by updating the internal communications digital platform with Fundraising updates and news.
  • To identify opportunities to gather new stories and case studies that highlightthedifference fundraising for UR and / or the support UR provides hasmade to peoples' lives.
  • To provide the Communications Team with socialmedia content to promote Fundraising opportunities to our supporters.

_ Administration_

  • To assist with managing and maintaining an uptodate and accurate fundraising database to ensure good and compliant data management.
  • To support the Fundraisers with some administrative tasks, when required.
  • To support the Head of Fundraising with financial reporting by retrieving relevant data from the CRM database, when required.
  • To liaise with Finance to reconcile accounts against the CRM database to ensure that all donations are banked, recorded and coded accurately.
