Description

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting individual children or groups of children with behavioural, emotional or social difficulties
Developing and implementing behaviour plans in collaboration with class teachers and parents
Providing pastoral support and mentoring to children who require additional emotional support
Working collaboratively with teaching staff and external agencies to provide a holistic approach to behaviour management
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting strategies as required
Providing regular feedback to senior leadership and contributing to pupil progress meetings
