Behaviour Mentor Required in Barnet - Tradewind Recruitment
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individual children or groups of children with behavioural, emotional or social difficulties
- Developing and implementing behaviour plans in collaboration with class teachers and parents
- Providing pastoral support and mentoring to children who require additional emotional support
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff and external agencies to provide a holistic approach to behaviour management
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting strategies as required
- Providing regular feedback to senior leadership and contributing to pupil progress meetings
