Responsibilities:
- Analyse blueprints and specifications to determine cost of project.
- Prepare estimates for labour, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress to ensure accuracy of estimates.
- Review contracts and subcontracts for accuracy and completeness.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for best pricing.

Salary:
£45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
