As a Part-time Personal Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

Taking charge of Senior Management Team diaries.
Implementing effective office management practices.
Designing and coordinating team days, and innovatively structuring monthly staff benefits.
Executing creative marketing initiatives.
Organising client entertaining experiences.
Handling the logistics of staff training, travel, and other adhoc tasks as required.
Contributing valuable ideas and development to the team.
Trustworthy and discreet with a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills required for managing relationships with all stakeholders.
Decisionmaking abilities at an operational level to respond to daily tasks.
Ability to engage with all levels and functions across the business.
Selfmotivated and eager to shape and add value to a closeknit team.
Willing to develop a highly transferable set of skills and behaviours that can be applied in various sectors.
