Your Opportunity

Due to organic growth within this local firm, the business is looking to recruit an individual at a mid level who can offer an excellent client experience.

With expectations high, you will need to show a clear desire to work directly with clients and grow theirbusinesses. The company focus on a number of things but the key two are growth and client management.
This is an opportunity to have autonomy with no overarching supervision other than when required. The firm requires experienced individuals who wish to work hard and provide best-in-class service.

Responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Assisting with the management of the juniors within the team
  • Checking the work of the more junior members of the team and setting their assignments
  • Communicating with clients new and current
  • Complex VAT returns
  • Creating growth strategies and advising clients
  • Assisting with the growth of the firm

Required Attributes and Exposure:

  • AAT Level 3 as a minimum
  • Highly organised
  • Accounts preparation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of multiple accounting systems including Xero and Iris
  • Ability to delegate when necessary
  • History of working directly with clients
