We are actively seeking an experienced Accounts & Payroll Assistant to assist our client situated in Farnborough, Hampshire. Our client is an established organisation operating within the IT Sector. Due to a period of significant growth this opportunity could become a permanent role. Duties include assisting the Management Team with payroll processes including entering accurate contractor timesheets etc. and reconciling against pay/charge rates. Supporting duties will also include raising invoices, liason with key parties and global departments.The role requires an intermediate working knowledge of MS Office Excel, Xero (beneficial though not essential) exposure to Sage, and other Accounting packages will be considered.
Our client will consider Flexible Full or Part Time working hours.Monday - Friday
