Orchard Park Farm is based in a beautiful part of Somerset near Shepton Mallet, and offers a diverse and interesting range of activities.
Primarily cider apple growers and juice processing cidery, our business also covers general agricultural work supporting bio-diversity net gain through positive ecological improvements such as existing woodland management schemes, new woodland tree planting scheme and Newt ponds as well as hosting public facing events throughout the year.

Tree felling; Wood processing; Tree planting; Tree pruning; responsible for the management of 50 acres of established woodland, and assisting in the planning and creating of 45 acres of new woodland as part of a planting scheme.
The job requires you to be:
Passionate about the outdoors; Enthusiastic; Self-motivated; Work well alone as well as part of a team; Excellent time keeping; Reliable; Positive can do attitude; Willingness to learn new techniques; Previous experience desirable, but not essential; Work Monday - Friday, but some occasional weekends during busy seasons; Tractor, Telehandler, Slew, Forklift machinery experience/certificates beneficial, but not essential; Clean driving licence essential;
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
