New Permanent opportunity - Static Fabric Engineer - £29,200 - Hatfield

Are you a multi skilled fabric engineer with experience of working on fire doors? If so, we're looking for a Maintenance Fabric Engineer to work for a leading FM service provider on a static Education site based in Hatfield.

Your role
Your duties will include PPMs and reactive maintenance across a large residential estate in Hatfield. You'll be working as part of a facilities maintenance team of 10.

The company strive to be exceptionally customer focussed, so you must be willing to gothe extra mile when dealing with internal stakeholders and any on site visitors.

About you

You will have demonstrable experience of building services maintenance in a commercial environment.
You will hold a level 3 qualification in joinery/carpentry
You will also hold a recognised Fire Door qualification
Happy to undertake associated maintenance
You will have experience of working in a client facing role
A willingness and aptitude to carry out a wide range of building services maintenance tasks beyond joinery/carpentry maintenance.
Full UK driving licence
